Ilocos Norte nagkumpirma sa MY Games

Kinumpirma ng Ilocos Norte, ang probinsiya ng dating sports czar na si Michael Keon, ang kanilang partisipasyon sa 2nd MY Games National Invitational.

Inihayag kahapon ni Manila Sports Council Arnold "Ali" Atienza na ang Ilocos Norte, isa sa ilang koponan na maagang nagparehistro para sa grassroots events na nakatakda sa Oktubre 22-29 at suportado ng Union Local Authorities of the Philippines.

"I would like to thank Ilocos Norte provincial board member Michael Keon for sending the Ilocos Norte team to the MY Games National Invitational," ani Atienza, na siya ring Presidential Adviser for Youth and Sports. "This only shows Mr. Keon’s support and belief in our sports program," dagdag pa ni Atienza sa event na ipiniprisinta ng Converse at suportado ng San Miguel Corporation, PAGCOR, Super Ferry at Tanduay.  

Ang iba pang early birds sa meet na suportado ng Milo, Landbank, Metrobank, Spurway Enterprises, Jex Nylon Shuttles, STI, Globe Telecoms, IntrASports at Concept Movers ay ang Candon City, Iloilo City, Tanauan City, Cavite City, Pangasinan, Tuguegarao City, Palayan City, Sagay City, Cebu City, Malolos, Gen. Santos City, Mandaue City, Olongapo City, Kaloocan City, Quezon City, Valenzuela City, Muntinlupa City, Taguig City, Parañaque City, Baguio City, Tuguegarao City, Marikina City, Puerto Princesa City, Tagaytay City, San Fernando (Pampanga), Aklan, Rizal, Antique, Bohol at Laguna. 

 "We expect more local government units to confirm and register this week," ani Atienza, "because we are looking at least 40 delegations from all over the country. Should all teams confirm, close to 3,000 athletes and officials are expected to come for the weeklong event."
