RP boxers sasabak sa Hanoi

Apat na lalake at tatlong babaeng boksingero ang magsusuot ng pambansang kulay sa kanilang paglahok sa 3rd International Hanoi Boxing Tournament na nakatakda sa June 10-18 sa Vietnam.
Sasabak sa aksiyon sina Michael Paragoso ( pinweight), Jay-R Quiam (light-flyweight), Orlando Tacuyan Jr (bantam-weight) at Adoni Cabalquinto (lightweight) sa mens division na inireserba para sa boksi-ngerong may edad 19 anyos pababa.
Sina two-time Asian title-holder Mitchel Martinez (light-weight), SEAG gold medalist Gretchen Abaniel (light fly-weight) at Annie Albania (flyweight) ay lalahok naman sa womens division.
The Hanoi event will give our young boxers the needed exposure against world-class foes, wika ni Amateur Boxing Association of the Philippines President Manny T. Lopez,na siya ring second vice-president of the Philippine Olympic Comittee.
Igigiya naman nina dating Olympians Vicente Arcenal at Elias Recaido ang koponan. Si Tito Dacuma ang international referee at judge.
