"I have a big stake in the regional meet next year," sabi ni Keon sa paghahanda ng Ilocos Norte sa Ilocos Regional Athletic Association (IRAA). "We have been the overall champion in the last five years and we must maintain that position."

"I want the sports development on our province to continue because I believe that someday we may discover new talents who will represent the country in the future international competitions," ani Keon.

"If they were able to win the overall title in the last Southeast Asian Games with very short preparation, I don’t see any reason why they will not succeed in the Asian Games," wika nito. (Russell Cadayona)
