"This is our own little way of helping boost the morale and spirit of our national athletes. We don’t think they can be at par against world-class rivals if all their equipments and other training needs fail to come on time," ani Alvarez.

"We really appreciate FedEx’s response to our call," ani Cojuangco. "This will help us in our effort to raise more funds to augment the organizers‚ operational and management expenses."

"Some of the NSAs have its own suppliers. But after explaining to them the real score, they quickly understood and submitted their requirements," ani Mendoza. "Simple lang naman ang sitwasyon, tax-free ang lahat ng bibilhin natin sa abroad, so why talked to the suppliers kung puwede naman tayong dumiretso sa pagbibilhan."
