2nd Hope P1-M All Filipino Billiards sasargo sa Mayo

Natakdang ilunsad ang ikalawang bahagi ng Hope P1 Million All-Filipino Billiards Open sa Mayo 16 hanggang 22, 2005 na gaganapin sa IBC 13 studio, Broadcast City sa Quezon City ito’y matapos isiwalat kahapon ni Ish Caparas ng Puyat Sports.

Tulad nang paunang yugto, muling itataguyod ng Hope ‘the luxury cigarettes ang torneo na inorganisa nina Puyat Sports boss Aristeo "Putch" Puyat at Jemah Television president Marc Roces sa pakikipagtulungan ng Games and Amusement Board (GAB) at ay may basbas ng Billiards and Snooker Congress of the Philippines (BSCP) sa gabay ni president Ernesto "Ernie" Fajardo, kung saan ay may nakatayang kabuuang premyo na P1 million na ang magkakampeon ay tatanggap ng P500,000.

Samantala, sasargo naman ang qualifying round sa Mayo 9 hanggang 11, 2005 sa Bowling Inn Billiard Hall, Taft Avenue, Manila dakong alas-10:00 ng umaga. Ang race-to-seven winner breaks eight qualifiers ay uusad naman sa tournament proper.

Ang Final 16 naman ay gagamit ng race-to-9 alternate break format at double-elimination system kung saan mapapatalsik lamang ang isang manlalaro kapag dalawang beses natalo.

Ang 9-ball event ay qualifying phases din ng mga pool master na kakatawan sa Philippine team para sa 2005 Southeast Asian Games sa Nobyembre.
