-

"Cycling is an Olympic event and had been in the SEA Games since it started as the SEAP (Southeast Asian Peninsular Games) in 1957 in Bangkok," pahayag ni Wahab sa kanyang liham na ipinadala sa pamama-gitan ng faxed sa Phil-Cycling, ang national federation ng nasabing sport na isa ring ACA member.
