Karatekas patungong Germany

Inihayag kahapon ng Association for the Advancement of Karatedo (AAK) na aalis ang AAK Team Philippines bukas upang lumahok sa 11th KOI World Karate Cup na gaganapin sa Dresden, Germany sa Hulyo 15-21.

Ang delegasyon ay pangungunahan ni PSC awardee Richard Lim at igigiya ni Juan Carlos ‘Chino’ Veguillas. Ang koponan ay binubuo nina Rex Ressureccion, Homer Panal, Joel Mallillin, Stephanie Carol Lim, Rogelio Bueno Jr., Daryl Dumayas, Norman Montalvo, Micull Velasquez, Vincent Pante at Raissa Velasquez.

Mayroon ang nasabing tournament ng apat na iba’t ibang courses ang Instructors Course kung saan si Richard Lim ay naimbitahan ng WKF Referee Chairman Tommy Morris na siyang mangasiwa sa Goju Shitei Kata, Referee Course, Traditional Course at Kumite competitions course.
