PSC nag-request sa DFA

-

"We would like to request the Vice President to issue a note verbale’ to all our Philippine embassies and consulates in the region to gather information through newspaper clippings and team scouting," nakasaad sa sulat ni Buhain para kay Guingona.

"We feel the need to scout the opposition and although the national sports associations have their own networks, we are supplementing the effort through the DFA," dagdag pa ni Buhain.
