Experts technical officials para sa MYG

Itatalaga ang mga technical officials na bihasa sa mga kabataang atleta mula sa elementary school age upang siyang mangasiwa sa competitions ng inagurasyon ng Manila Youth Games (MYG) na nakatakda sa Abril 7-14 sa Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.

"This is to guarantee that the kids are enjoying and learning the importance of sports and athletic competition while they compete in the MYG," pahayag ni Arnold "Ali’ Atienza, chairman ng organizing Manila Sports Council (MASCO).

Ang mga nasabing ekspertong technical officials ay magmumula sa iba’t ibang national sports associations ng sports calendar ng MYG--athletics, badminton, chess, dancesports, football, gymnastics, softball, swimming, table tennis, lawn tennis, taekwondo at volleyball.

Para sa athletics ang top official na si PATAFA Secretary General Ben Silva Netto, habang si PBA’s Teody Villaflor ang siyang mangangasiwa sa badminton.

Ang iba pang opisyales na itatalaga ay sina Gene Poliarco sa chess, Atty. Jo Saliva sa dancesports, PFF’s Hans Smit sa football, GAP’s Danny Lopez at Santiago Ty sa gymnastics, Danny Gonzales at PSC Acting Executive Director Cesar Pradas sa softball.

Ang swimming ay pangangasiwaan ni Bert Lozada, sa table tennis si TATAP’s Dante Buquiren, sa lawn tennis si CTW’s Jovy Mamawal, sa taekwondo si PTA’s Stephen Fernandez at sa volleybal si PAVA’s Edwin Leyva.
