NCAA officials mag-oobserba sa SEA Games

Pitong opisyales ng National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) ang lilipad patungong Kuala Lumpur upang mag-obserba sa pagpapalakad ng games sa Southeast Asian Games.
Ayon kay PCU athletic moderator Rachab Cunanan, ang chef de mission ng NCAA delegation na ang nasabing biyahe ay bahagi ng plano ng liga na mapa-improve ang kanilang operations at organization para sa susunod na season.
Makakasama ni Cunanan sa biyahe sina NCAA Policy Board member Bro. Rolando Dizon ng St. Benilde at NCAA ManCom members Fr. Rey S. Hechanova ng San Beda, Mapua Athletic director Ding Lozano, Fr. Edgardo Alaurin ng Letran at Henry Atayde at Mark Galido ng St. Benilde.
"Of course, we will be there to provide support to the Philippine delegation. But basically, our objective is observe the conduct of the games in this prestigious meet and how we can apply it to improve the operations and update the system of the NCAA," paliwanag pa ni Cunanan.
Nilinaw din ni Cunanan na ang NCAA delegation ay hindi bahagi ng Philippine contingent sa biennial meet na ito.
"This trip is funded by the NCAA and partly shouldered by the delegates. What we asked from the Philippine Olympic Committee are just access passes for our delegates to observe various sports events we could incorporate in the NCAA," paliwanag pa ni Cunanan.
