200 kabataan lalahok sa Summer Youth Training Camp

LAOAG, Ilocos Norte - Aabot sa 200 kabataan at promising athletic achievers ang mabibigyan ng pagkakataon na madiskubre ang kani-kanilang potential para maging isang mahusay na atleta sa gaganaping Third Summit Sports Commission Summer Youth Training Camp ngayon sa Marcos Stadium dito.
Ang mga kalahok na may edad mula 9-18 ay ang mga athletics at swimming medalists ng PSC age-group competition gaya ng Batang Pinoy at Palarong Pambansa regional meets.
"The PSC is concretizing its commitment to fully link the Filipino youth to our sports base. Local sports should widen its opportunities to accomodate more young recruits specially from the grassroots," wika ni PSC Chairman Carlos Tuason.
Dadalo sa nasabing okasyon sina Ilocos Norte Governor Ferdinand "Bong Bong" Marcos Jr., Vice Governor Mariano Nalupta, Jr., at Laoag City Mayor Roger Fariñas.
Si Ilocos Norte Sports Development Council consultant at dating Gintong Alay chief Michael Keon ang siyang Camp Director.
