Osaka Iridology, lalahok sa Cebu Basketball League

Kinumpirma ng Osaka Iridology, ang bagong miyembro ng PBL ang kanilang paglahok sa nalalapit na Cebu Basketball League (CBL) President’s Cup sa Marso 5 sa Cebu Coliseum.

Ayon kay coach Franz Pumaren, ang naturang tournament ay isang magandang tune-up para sa Irodologists na halos binubuo ng mga manlalaro mula sa De La Salle Green Archers.

"This is a good tune-up for the boys. I believe Cebuano teams are competitive enough, and this tournament would be a big challenge to test their skills, endurance and determination," wika ni Pumaren.

"Actually, we’re still finalizing our line-up for the next conference. We’re yet to sign up two ex-pros to provide further experience to this team," dagdag pa niya.

Isa sa magandang interest dito ay ang pagbabalik ng sweet-shooting na si BJ Manalo sa event na ito na hatid ng Thirsty, Nature’s Spring, Adidas, Coca-Cola, Sunsport, POW Designs, Carmen Piramide of BBC’s Printshop, Y101 FM, Charlie @ Rhythms, Angel Radyo, Killer Bee, Spirit FM, DYRF at Freeman.

Kinumpirma rin ni Osaka chief executive Jonathan Guardo ang pagsali ng ilang local teams na ML Kuarta Padala, Dazz Dishwashing Liguid, M. Lhuillier, Chariot Power Cabs at Guardo Shiatsu. Inimbitahan din ang Cebu Gems at Montana Pawnshop.

Ang President Cup ay ipalalabas sa SBN Channel 6 simula sa Marso 5 alas-9 ng gabi.
