Makati RTC inisnab ng RP Chess Team

-

"The move to leave the country without informing me does not sit well with the court because they knew in the first place of existing court proceeding," ani pa ni Rosario. " While the court can not prevent them from performing an act without a valid TRO (Temporary Restraining Order), if only to show respect in deference to the fact that the petition has already been filed and the court have taken congnizance, the respondents should have at least informed us of their plans," dagdag pa ni Rosario.

"Although these players have left, they are still liable and accountable for what they did should the TRO be issued."

" There is knowledge that the course of action here is not to release the money," wika pa ni Rosario." It appears that the lawyer of the PSC, whose responsibility is to provide legal advise, has been remiss on discharging with his or her duties as counsel of the PSC."

"How can these players be the representatives of the country whose very laws they have no respect," pahayag ni Bautista." They may not be violating the letter of the law, but their act is disregard of the spirit of the law."
