Deloitte marks Impact Day in Southeast Asia

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Every year around August, Deloitte Southeast Asia sets aside one day when its 11 member firms celebrate their commitment to invest in the communities where they work and live. Called Impact Day, this day is dedicated to CSR projects that are driven by Deloitte employees. In the Philippines, member firm Navarro Amper & Co., in partnership with Philippine Business for Social Progress, organized two events: a tree-planting activity with the local farmers of Barangay Calawis, Antipolo, Rizal (top), and a free trip to The Mind Museum for 100 Grade 4 and 6 students and four teachers of Taguig-based Ususan Elementary School (above). This marks the fourth year that Deloitte Southeast Asia is observing Impact Day.
