MANILA, Philippines - KimBells Pack Inc. proved its global competitive edge once again in the field of label design and packaging when it won awards at the 2009 FINAT (Europe) International Label Competition held recently at Antalya, Turkey.
KimBells also won various awards at the same competition last year held in Paris, France.
This year, 285 entries from 24 countries vied for awards in various label categories at the event sponsored by the Federacion Internationale de Fabricants et Transformateurs D’Adhesifs et Thermocollants Sur Papiers et Autres Sup-ports or FINAT, a world-wide association based in The Hague with more than 500 members from 40 countries.
KimBells’ label designs for Royale Kojic Papaya Soap won in Group C2 Cartons and Aromassage Efficascent Oil won in the A5 category of Cosmetics.
KimBells has also been joining similar competitions organized by the Tag & Label Manufacturer’s Institute (TLMI), North America’s leading trade association serving the tag and label industry for the last 80 years.
KimBells’ labels and packaging recognized by TMLI this year were Royale Kojic Papaya Soap, Aromassage Efficascent Oil, L-Gluta Power Anti-Aging Soap Box and Tamper Proof Seals by Fern, Inc.
KimBells, the only regular participant from the Philippines, has been a consistent winner in these annual competitions for labels.
“If KimBells has achieved a record of winning in these competitions year after year, besting heavyweight entries from other countries, it is because we put a lot of effort, hard work and dedication in all our designs and packaging. In addition to hard work and dedication, you must also have passion for excellence, will to succeed, creativity, teamwork, especially with clients,” said Rossberry Tiu, KimBells vice president for marketing.
