This three-tower skyscraper is shaping the skyline of C5 in Pasig City
Set to rise within the 12.3-hectare property along C5 is a three-tower residential development that is bound to make the city’s skyline even more picturesque.

Megaworld redefines the idea of convenience, accessibility, and township living in this side of the metro with Arcovia Palazzo

MANILA, Philippines – Property giant Megaworld is building its second residential development in its 12.3-hectare Arcovia City township along C5 Road in Pasig City.

The expansive Arcovia Palazzo will be composed of three residential towers in varying heights: the 40-story Altea Tower, 45-story Benissa Tower, and the 49-story Cantabria Tower.

With a total residential inventory of 1,472 units, the Arcovia Palazzo will offer a wide variety of residential units ranging from studio with or without balcony (up to 32 sqm.); one-bedroom with or without balcony (up to 46.5 sqm.); two-bedroom with balcony (up to 77 sqm.); and three-bedroom with balcony (up to 193.5 sqm.).

Within Arcovia Palazzo is a walking path where residents can enjoy the cozy vibe of the development.

Select bi-level units for one-bedroom and two-bedroom are also available, offering generous layouts of up to 107 sqm. for one-bedroom, and 139 sqm. for two-bedroom.

Arcovia Palazzo will offer generous amenities at the fifth level that include an infinity pool with pool deck, pavilion, Jacuzzi, game room, fitness center, daycare center, outdoor seating lounge, children’s playground, function rooms, and a multi-purpose lawn.

At the towers’ ground level will be retail spaces that will have direct views of the iconic Arco de Emperador, the township’s own landmark.

Arcovia Palazzo is designed by UK-based world-renowned architectural firm, Broadway Malyan.

The Arcovia Palazzo meshes well with the convenient lifestyle the township offers including accessible retail and dining options.

Megaworld expects to generate around P12 billion in sales from this new residential project, which is due for completion in 2025.

Last year, the company launched its first residential development in Arcovia City, the 37-story 18 Avenue de Triomphe, which offers 576 units worth P4 billion. The tower, due for completion in 2023, is now almost sold out, and its construction has already commenced.

Arcovia City recently won the "Best Mixed-Use Development" in the 2019 Philippines Property Awards.

Currently, the township is home to Landers Superstore and the Arcovia Parade commercial area, as well as the Arco de Emperador.

Offering a wide variety of residential unit sizes ranging from studio up to three-bedroom with balcony, residents have the options to choose the unit size best for their needs.

Once completed, the township will become a master-planned mixed of residential towers, office towers, commercial developments, and parks in one sustainable community along the C5 corridor.
