Teen housemate Yen wins Suntrust condo unit

MANILA, Philippines — In a recent challenge inside the Pinoy Big Brother house, teen housemate Yen emerged victorious and was awarded a condominium unit in Suntrust Asmara, a premier condo development of real estate developer Suntrust Properties Inc.

The condominium is strategically located along E. Rodriguez, which makes it highly accessible and convenient for the budding teen star.

Yen’s victory came after enduring two hours and 30 minutes of standing between two walls while stepping on three pairs of small pieces of wood, defeating the other housemates Lou, Andre and Karina.

Precious Lyn Afante Quirante, known as “Yen,” is Pinoy Big Brother Otso Batch 3’s “Palangiteen Dreamer ng Camarines Sur” and now also a proud Suntrust Asmara homeowner.

“Meron na po kaming matitirahan, may matitirahan na po ‘yung mama ko po, Kuya, ‘yung tatlo ko pong kapatid tsaka ako po Kuya,”  Yen uttered in gratitude.

Every Filipino’s dream is to have a home they can call their own and PBB Otso made it possible through its partnership with Suntrust Properties, Inc. which was sealed during a contract signing last November 2018 inside the PBB House.

“Although a few will be left in the end, at least along the way, those who failed will learn to dream and perhaps achieve their dreams in other facets, so this house represents those dreams,” he added.

The much anticipated awarding, the PBB Otso: Celebr8 at the Big Night, is slated on August 3 and 4, 2019 at AATF Sports Complex in Imus, Cavite.

Both the Big Winner and 2nd Big Placer will each receive a brand new condo unit from Suntrust Properties, “The Official Home of PBB Otso.”
