In the middle of Bacoor is Bellazona Subdivision which occupies 11.3 hectares of Hispanic and Mediterranean themed two project phases: Aragon and Navarre.

Aragon houses 331 units including models Casa Amore, Althea and Camille. Navarre, on the other hand, includes 160 units with a choice of either model unit Belicia or Isabella.

Masaito’s third subdivision is Covina Villas. From the New Molino Boulevard, cruise down Masaito drive, a two-kilometer stretch which links Bacoor to Imus in only five minutes.

Spread on 3.2 hectares, Covina is highly accessible as it sits along Buhay na Tubig, a high traffic road. With Phases 1 and 2 fully developed, there are only a few remaining homes available, with Kathrina and Gabrielle models to choose from.

Expanding to Phase 3 are four brand new home designs to suit every lifestyle. Each model is set-up in enclaves for more privacy and the neighborhood feel.
