MANILA, Philippines - The Center for Culinary Arts (CCA) Manila, a pioneer in changing the culinary landscape in the country, finds its roots with the opening of the Cravings Bakeshop on October 16, 1988. The enterprising people behind Cravings had a commitment to quality and excellence. With that, they saw an overwhelming potential in their team of resourceful and creative Filipino chefs and bakers.
CCA Manila was formally established in 1996, while the launch of the country’s first professional culinary education program, the Diploma in Culinary Arts and Technology Management (DCAM) followed in 1997.
I-Chef Culinary Institute

I-Chef offers Basic & Advanced Culinary Arts, which imparts to participants with the skills, knowledge, and etiquette essential to having a career in the culinary arts. Their program is designed for HRM, Food Technology, Nutrition, Food Management students and graduates, bar and restaurant owners, employment companies, homemakers, and anyone who wants to purse the passion for food, whether professionally, or as a hobby.
The Global Culinary & Hospitality Academy

The Global Culinary & Hospitality Academy pushes the boundaries of quality education and superior value as it offers professional and recreational courses of the highest standard with unmatched cost – effectiveness. The Academy opened its first branch in the Ortigas area in April of 2007 with a mission of providing students with relevant education and professional training at modest rates in order to prepare aspiring chefs and industry professionals for the growing opportunities of the international culinary and hospitality industries.
Asian Science and Technology Institute

Aristocrat formally inaugurates its flagship culinary institution. The Aristocrat Restaurant, the institution that pioneered the restaurant industry in the Philippines and home of the world-famous chicken barbecue, celebrates a milestone as they formally inaugurate The Culinary Institute of Aristocrat. The boutique culinary school is equipped with an impressive, modern kitchen laboratory, and a multimedia lecture room where students will rigorously train in a number of career, entrepreneurial, and recreational courses. Backed by 70 years of professional experience in the culinary arts arena, students will be immersed in the same values and standards that made the Aristocrat Restaurant an icon in the Philippine culinary scene. The institutions primary objective is to promote the Filipino as a globally competent culinary professional.
