MANILA, Philippines - Discovery Country Suites’ Restaurant Verbena in Tagaytay unveils a special holiday menu in time for the Christmas season. Available until Dec. 31, the holiday menu is a collaboration between Corporate Chef Anthony Raymond and Restaurant Verbena’s Executive Sous Chef Celmar Ambida, and features a tempting selection of main entrées like savory duck ragu with penne pasta, shredded duck leg confit, poached duck egg and foie gras emulsion, Chilean seabass with Lucban longaniza risotto,and rib eye steak and lobster. To cap off a delightful meal, the chefs’ rendition of warm banana tarte tatin and sticky date bread pudding, both served with vanilla ice cream, make for a sweet ending.
