Diamonds are forever

MANILA, Philippines - The Rajah Group of Companies marked an evening of celebration on its 41st anniversary and the 75th birthday of its founder, Alejandra “Dading” Clemente. The event was held at the new Fairmont Makati, Ballrooms 1 and 2. The multi-celebration also featured the launching of two travel innovations – the Funtastic Vacations Philippines brochure and the Rajah Travel Online Booking tool.

The event was attended by members of the corporate, local and international travel trade, tourism, government and embassy officers and representatives. Also present during the event were close friends, relatives, and associates of Dading and the people behind the Rajah Group of Companies.

Various personalities spotted enjoying the evening were Richard Gordon, Cong. Roque Ablan, former senator Freddie Webb, Amparo Aspiras, David Celdran, Kelly Kuhn, among others.

The event was made even more memorable by the raffling off of 41 prizes of travel accessories and gadgets, air tickets, hotel accommodations, cruise packages and land arrangements, symbolizing the company’s years of dedicated travel services.
