AboitizPower spurs environment volunteerism among youth

MANILA, Philippines - To further promote environmental protection and awareness among the youth, AboitizPower, through its wholly owned subsidiary AP Renewables Inc. (APRI), successfully conducted the Forest Nurturing and Cleaning Up project for the Makiling-Banahaw geothermal power plant in Laguna and Batangas with more than 100 participants in attendance. ? 

?Teachers and students of Alaminos National High School, Bitin National High School, San Pedro National High School, San Jose National High School, Don Bosco College, APRI-MakBan scholars, barangay officials from host communities, volunteers from Barangay Limao, Cadet Engineers, APRI employees and a security group participated in the one-day environmental sustainability project.
