Start the buffet with vegetable sticks and dipping sauce, salmon croquettes with chili dip and assorted dim sum. Try the seared chicken with mango and pomelo in crispy wrap and open-faced sandwiches with a choice of salami, pepperoni or tuna filling. Pancit bihon and vegetable lumpia are also available.

Cap the buffet experience with a sweet confection from a selection of scones, crème brûlée and chocolate boat tart with caramelized orange zest. The afternoon snack buffet is priced at only P333.
