CCA advanced courses
MANILA, Philippines - The Center for Culinary Arts is offering two intensive 13-day courses specifically designed to enhance baking mastery and expand expertise in global cuisine.
The Advanced Culinary Arts course is a comprehensive 78-hour training program that is based on CCA’s core principle of mastering cooking skills and strengthening knowledge through tasting and hands-on production. Discover the best of traditional and contemporary global flavors, techniques, and cooking styles, from Latin American and Mediterranean to Asian and classic European.
The Advanced Baking and Pastry Arts course is a 78-hour hands-on training program that is based on CCA’s aim of developing baking skills, infusing knowledge and transforming the learner’s attitude through the right concepts and techniques, proper palate training, speed in working, and teamwork.
The CCA is located along Katipunan Ave., Quezon City. It has satellite campuses in Farmers Market, Cubao; Oceana, a restaurant school near SM Mall of Asia; and CCA Kitchen at Eastwood Mall.
