Rustan's 2010 Healthy Gourmet Planner

MANILA, Philippines - Rustan’s Supermarket and some of the country’s famous chefs offer healthy food choices in the Rustan’s Supermarket 2010 healthy gourmet planner. The food calendar encourages better eating habits with nutritious menus, carefully crafted by respected chefs including Dusit Thani’s Armin Brandtner, Lolo Dads’ Ariel Manuel, Malacañang Palace’s Babes Austria, the Discovery Hotel group’s David Pardo de Ayala, The Peninsula Manila’s Adam Mathis and QTV 11’s Rosebud Benitez.

For each month of the year, a chef shares a healthy menu he or she has assembled, which includes an appetizer, main course and dessert. The healthy gourmet planner also offers helpful tips to encourage better food choices for a stronger and fitter body and a healthier eating lifestyle.

Until Dec. 31, Rustan’s Supermarket customers can get a passbook for a minimum purchase of P500 inclusive of P100 worth of sponsor products. After filling in all 16 sticker slots, customer is entitled to a free healthy gourmet planner.
