With US Ambassador Francis Ricciardone as guest of honor, the William Cameron Forbes Cup was successfully held at the East Field of the Manila Polo Club during a new moon, dahlings. Vice Consul Dan Clintron and his wifey also graced the occasion, together with other mega-personas.
The low- and high-goal matches, palanggas, were both exciting. The Blues of Edwin Arce, Sonny Borromeo, Dino Santos, Freddie Borromeo and Dondi Santos took the cup in the low-goal, while the Blacks of Bobby Aguirre, Ricky Yabut, Cooch Lynch and Vince Bitong breezed through the high-goal match with a score of 14-10.
