Bvlgari : Second Chance

Italian jewelry maker Bvlgari, known for precious gems and other successful innovations, dahlings, got together with Cebu’s First Lady Margot Osmeña and other good-hearted friends and companies in a gala dinner at Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort to benefit the Cebu City Task Force on Street Children, which is building better detention facilities for about 200 youthful offenders now detained with adult inmates and hardened criminals.

Taking an active part in the fund-raiser were Margot O, Chary Aboitiz and Eva Gullas, with the able support of Bvlgari Manille’s manager Mario Katigbak. the multi-course dinner was done to perfection by the award-winning resort’s staff, led by general manager Ben Bousnina, F&B director Mark Kirk and communications director Neil Rumbaoa.

All proceeds went directly to the Operation Second Chance Foundation, to create not just decent quarters but also rehab programs and services like education, skills training and livelihood projects.

Highlight of the affair, palanggas, was an exhibit of Bvlgari’s Lucas and B.zero1 jewelry collection and the new 2002 watches like Bvlgari-Bvlgari Chrono and Diagono.
