Ah, Romance!

Beth Corpus needed glasses and found herself at Magno Optical in Greenhills, dahlings, where good-looking Chris Magno worked. He was impressed with Mommy Beth so he asked if she had a daughter. With perfect vision–in more ways than one–in mind, Beth asked him to deliver her glasses to her house and she would introduce her daughter who just arrived from the States.

Dapper in a neatly pressed shirt and khaki pants, Chris came bearing Beth’s glasses, and when he was introduced to daughter Gel, it was love at first sight.

Well, palanggas, that was May 2000 during Gel’s vacation. Since then, Chris regularly came a-visiting and a-courting. They went steady for a year and on her birthday, Chris asked Gel to marry him. The wedding took place at the Santuario de San Antonio in Forbes Park a full moon ago, palanggas, a romantic ending to a romantic story.

"This is the happiest moment of my life, marrying the girl I love," said Chris. Cheers!!
