A toast to new beginnings
Monterrazas de Cebu, the largest and last remaining contiguous mountain property development in Cebu City, hosted a homeowners’ get-together at The Pavilions to welcome its new proprietor, 8990 Holdings Inc.
During the get-together, emceed by Christine Fabian, homeowners were treated to a wonderful dinner as they were serenaded by violinist Cesar Cabahug.

8990 Holdings Inc. chairman Mariano Martinez Jr. and president and CEO Willie Uy welcomed each of the homeowners. Director and chairman emeritus Luis Yu Jr. joined Martinez and Uy to toast to new beginnings as a stunning display of fireworks illuminated the sky.
The company is one of the fastest-growing real estate developers in the Philippines and listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange under the symbol “HOUSE.”

It was an evening of light and design at the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID) members’ monthly meet at the LuxDecor showroom in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Landlite Philippines Corp. (LPC) CEO Jocelyn Li welcomed interior designers, guests and partners to the Mamma Mia-themed gathering.

“We are delighted to take part as the premier sponsor of PIID’s get-together for this month as we are one with them in upholding professional development of interior designers who are aligned with cultural and global standards. The country’s top real estate property portal Property24, previously under OLX, recently merged with Carousell, one of the largest and fastest-growing classifieds marketplaces.
