The turnover ceremony of Mutya ng Pilipinas’ donation to PCS from the proceeds of its coffee table book called Mutya: 50 Years of Pageantry and Purpose was led by Mutya ng Pilipinas chairperson Fred Yuson and Best Dressed Women of the Philippines event chairperson and Angola Consul Helen Ong and PCS board member Dr. Kelly Salvador.
