Moët Hennessy Philippines hosted a summer soirée at the Garden Pavilion of Grand Hyatt Manila to introduce Moët Ice Impérial Rosé, the world’s first rosé champagne specifically created to be enjoyed on ice.

Guests enjoyed the sunset at the garden with Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial. They were treated to a pre-dinner spread that included lobster and foie gras.

Moët Ice Impérial Rosé, a perfectly fresh new way to enjoy sunny daytime gatherings with friends, has a vivid pink color with golden highlights. Its bouquet has scents mainly of fragrant red berries and cherries (Morello cherry, lingonberry and cranberry) with nuances of juicy summer fruits (fig and nectarine) and an appetizing note of grenadine. Its luscious sweetness is reminiscent of berries and a bittersweet note of pink grapefruit.

Moët & Chandon chef de cave Benoît Gouez said, “The new Moët Ice Impérial Rosé joins the highly successful Moët Ice Impérial, and together they create one of our most ground-breaking champagne ranges. It is an innovative new example of Moët & Chandon’s champagne ‘on ice’ savoir-faire, and gives an experience that is intensely fruity and rich in the mouth, with a distinctly crisp and fresh finish.”
