Fine dining enthusiasts, wine aficionados and true blue gastronomes recently gathered at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu (MPPC) in celebration of Chaine des Rotisseurs Bailliage Cebu’s 25th Induction and Gala Dinner.
This year, it was the sixth time that MPPC hosted one of the country’s grandest dining events with the theme “Renaissance: The Marriage of Classical Music, Food and Wine.”
New members of Chaine des Rotisseurs Bailliage Cebu were inducted and some existing members were recognized for their milestones in the organization in ceremonies presided over by Bailli Delegue for the Philippines Michel Lhuillier along with Chaine des Rotisseurs Bailliage Cebu board of directors led by Bailli de Cebu Amparito Lhuillier.
Afterwards, guests were ushered into the lavishly decorated Cebu Grand Ballroom for the gala dinner led by MPPC general manager Brian Connelly and director of sales and marketing Lara Constantino-Scarrow. Guests enjoyed a sumptuous dinner, with each course and wine stunningly crafted to showcase the magnificence of a specific country.
The culinary synergy of an all-Filipino team of chefs from Marco Polo Plaza Cebu, Marco Polo Ortigas and Marco Polo Davao showed off their culinary expertise as they created a six-course dinner masterpiece with a carefully curated wine pairing.
Congratulations to Marco Polo Cebu and Chaine des Rotisseurs Bailliage Cebu for a successful induction and gala dinner!
