A farewell party
The good-natured past president of All Nations Women’s Group Sally Maliuanag hosted a despedida for Laotian Ambassador Malayvieng Sakonhninhom at her splendid home in Ortigas.
Everyone enjoyed the wonderful dinner carefully paired with vintage wines catered by Diamond Hotel Philippines. The entertainment of the evening was directed by Muebles Italiano president and CEO Noel Gonzales and had soprano Fame Flores, ballroom dancing world champion Edna Ledesma and Argentine tango dance instructor Cecil Go as performers.
Needless to say, the lady ambassador was grateful to our friend, Sally, for her graciousness!
Being thankful
A thanksgiving lunch was hosted by our sweet Baby de Jesus at InterContinental Hotel’s Prince Albert Rotisserie for all the blessings received and to come.
Against a background of gourmet French and Continental fare, her friends certainly enjoyed the fine dining and the finer company.
One cannot have enough blessings!
Camaraderie & charity
A mini-reunion among Assumption College jubilarians was organized by dedicated ladies Lilia Henson Cruz and Popsy Aquino at the Makati Sports Club. The gathering aimed to raise more funds for those affected by typhoon Yolanda.
Everyone had a great time sharing fond stories and reminiscing about the good old days spent at their beloved alma mater.
Until the next gathering, ladies!
