A wonderful urban spectacle

To usher in prosperity for the Year of the Wooden Horse, the country’s leading real estate conglomerate and multi-awarded company, Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) under the helm of president and COO Frederick Go, organized a magnificent Chinese New Year celebration at the company’s Grand Showroom in Robinsons Galleria.

Distinguished guests from different circles attended the spectacular affair and were graciously welcomed by the highly efficient RLC team led by SVP for Robinsons Residences and Robinsons Luxuria Mybelle Aragon-Gobio and sales and marketing vice president May Precilla. The celebration became more wonderful with the traditional lion and dragon dances that truly delighted everyone.

Meanwhile, RLC gave away assorted tikoy boxes and Chinese food baskets to the guests as their way of saying thanks for showing support to the said event.

Celebrations at home

For a change, New Year celebrations for Ilocos Norte Rep. Imelda Marcos were spent quietly at home in the company of three of her good-looking grandsons and a small group of long-time friends that included renowned concert pianist Dr. Ingrid Santamaria, Minerva Tanseco and Ping Valencia. Indeed, it was a memorable one, full of fun minus the fanfare, and which the former first lady relished with all her heart.

A spectacular celebration in Boracay

One of the things that make Boracay stand out among other tourist destinations in the country is the island paradise’s exciting nightlife. Noted personalities from different circles had the opportunity to experience Boracay’s vibrant nightlife as Boracay Regency Beach Resort and Spa, a Henann Resort, held a special fete amidst its breathtaking beachfront area.

The indefatigable Henann Group of Resorts chairman Dr. Henry Chusuey led the gathering that featured the resort’s mouthwatering cuisine and refreshing signature drinks, complemented by the exceptional service of the highly efficient staff.

Lunch with an exceptional lady

To celebrate her birthday, Evelyn Singson, vice chairman and president of Philippine Hotelier’s Inc. (Dusit Thani Manila’s holding company), hosted an intimate lunch for select friends at the hotel’s Club Lounge. The indefatigable executive also sits as chairman of Stockholders Association of the Philippines (SharePhil) and director and treasurer of TOWNS (The Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service) Foundation among others.
