The Doussant unveiled

MANILA, Philippines - Raffles and Fairmont Makati finally revealed Café Macaron’s Doussant. This is a hybrid of two classics — the buttery croissant and the cream-filled doughnut.

The Doussant comes in different flavors: Raspberry; Valrhona Guanaja filled with Valrhona dark chocolate, dark chocolate-glazed and sprinkled with dark chocolate pearls; cinnamon sugar-coated with a creamy vanilla custard; honey-glazed topped with local honey, almond slivers and white chocolate; and pistachio with a glaze of white chocolate and a topping of chopped pistachios.
