Thanks, Evelyn, for hosting such a lovely party!
Of luxury and love
In pure heiress fashion, Fila’s goddess Cris Albert celebrated her birthday at the posh Opus lounge. Sexy in a black Balenciaga outfit, the vivacious headturner walked amidst Ecuadorian roses to welcome her guests. Classic Sinatra songs filled the air, which complemented the easy conversation and peals of laughter. After an exquisite meal prepared by chef Carlo Miguel, guests all made heartfelt speeches that brought tears of joy to the much-loved birthday girl.
Cheers, Cris!
Winning by losing
For achieving her body fat percent goal in just a month’s time, barre3 student Kimberly Maronilla was awarded the grand prize in barre3thirty challenge — a 30-day program anchored on the balanced, holistic philosophy of barre3. It was an exciting 30 days of barre3 practice; delicious, healthful eating; and monitoring progress versus goals in consultation with NUIU Life Cuisine’s nutritionists.
The Spa Wellness director Tanya Tan said the challenge took barre3 students’ practice one step further towards the goal of total wellness. Created by US-based celebrity fitness expert Sadie Lincoln, barre3 is a fitness program that combines the three-fold benefits of Pilates, yoga and ballet in one ultimate workout designed to lengthen and lift the whole body.
