When the juicy taste of hotdog is combined with the healthy goodness of tuna, you get a delicious union called tuna hotdog.
The healthy meat from the sea becomes one of our staple healthy meals with Century Tuna Healthylicious Hotdog — the first meat hotdog in the market with real tuna.
In a launch held in Makati, vice president and GM of Century Canning Corp. Greg Banzon said, “Based on our research, 100 percent of households buy hotdog. It has become a ‘default’ food and a favorite not just of kids but adults, too. We’ve thought of reinventing hotdog by putting a healthy twist into it, as we wanted to provide young adult consumers who are into healthy lifestyle a nutritious yet tasty alternative to include in their healthy diet.”
The event, hosted by Phoemela Baranda, presented Century Tuna Healthylicious Hotdog as a good source of protein. It offers the healthy benefits of tuna like Omega 3 DHA and taurine. It also has zero percent trans fat.
Century Tuna also revealed the face of its new innovative food product — Aljur Abrenica. The company’s senior product manager Angela Gamboa said, “Aljur is just like our young consumers who are into a healthy lifestyle yet want to enjoy life as well. The combination of taste and health attributes of the tuna hotdog meets what health-conscious young consumers want — having delicious hotdogs that won’t compromise their healthy lifestyle.”
A tuna hotdog that’s delicious? Taste it now to believe it.
Journey to a new look
Known for its elegant, outdoor leisure wear, Regatta journeyed to a whole new look by unveiling its three new collections — Holiday 2011, Varsity and British Countryside — at the recent Philippine Fashion Week 2011.
Gracing the successful fashion show were Golden ABC, Inc. chairman and CEO Bernie Liu who was joined by VP for brand management Jasper Evangelista, VP for sales and store operations Dino Sagun, Regatta brand manager Carlo Rufino, Penshoppe brand director Alex Mendoza, brand management consultant Martin Roll and SM Department Store Group’s Jeffrey Lo.
Liu said the new look of Regatta is “a glimpse of our fashion perspective and the progressive vision for all the fashion brands of Golden ABC, Inc.” Regatta’s participation at the Philippine Fashion Week was part of Golden ABC, Inc.’s 25th anniversary.
Regatta stayed true to its classic white outfits by showcasing all-white tops and bottoms. The collection also revealed touches of gray for a bit of color contrast. Rufino added, “Colors ranged from pastels and bright primaries in reference to classic sporting apparel. Rustic buttons and toggles also added to the country, outdoorsy and relaxed feel that has always defined Regatta.”
