The premier lifestyle and shopping destination Greenbelt celebrated “Greenbelt Style” through the sensible fashions of renowned Filipino designers, international labels and some of the most popular homegrown brands at the Fashion Walk of Greenbelt 5.
All that was luxurious gathered in the runway of “Greenbelt Style” for Greenbelt 4’s Designer Collection as Bottega Veneta, Boss Black, Burberry, Bulgari, Charriol, Gucci, Prada, Jimmy Choo, Tod’s, Salvatore Ferragamo and Marc Jacobs showcased their collection.
Taking the runway were adorable kids and teens at the final salvo of “Greenbelt Style” presenting the Greenbelt 5 Teens and Kids Collection. Enthusiastic parents watched their children walk the runway in the latest ensembles from Chicco, Enfant, Oshkosh Bgosh, Boboli, Bleach Catastrophe, Collezione, Accessorize, Anja, Dash, Gingersnaps, Havin’ a Baby, Kids of Bayo, Gymboree, Youji & Me, Big & Small Co., Orange Juice, Michelis, Puma, Spin, Tarte Tatin, Vilebrequin and Zara Kids. Hobbes and Landes, Bratpack, All Flip Flops, Accessorize and Swatch also presented their collections. Fun activities awaited everyone at the second and third floors of Greenbelt 5. These activities included a face paint and nail art station, a photo booth and photo balloon station, I-Sticker booth and caricature artists. Guests were treated to Yogurt Froz, Fridays, Capricciossa, Via Mare and Chicago Popcorn Shops goodies.

A showdown of teen dance queens
The Crissa Dance Synergy final was held at the Music Hall of the SM Mall of Asia. The showdown was among high school and college dance groups who danced to bring home cash prizes and the prestige of being named Crissa Dance Synergy Grand Champions.
The event was hosted by Rica Peralejo, Archie Alemania, Toni Tony and Rizza Diaz and was said to be the biggest as 22 schools (13 high schools and nine colleges) competed for the chance to be named the best and most fashionable all-girl dance team. The girls donned Crissa’s fashion pieces.
The high school division showed the best all-girl dance teams from Colegio de San Agustin, Colegio de Sta. Rosa, Saint Pedro Poveda College, Systems Plus Computer College, Jose Rizal University, Manila Cathedral School, Lagro High School, Juliever Academy, Ismael Mathay, Sr. High School, St. Paul School of Makati, Miriam College-High School, General Pio del Pilar High School and St. Paul College-Pasig. The all-girl dance teams who competed in the college category were Polytechnic University of the Philippines, University of the Philippines-Manila, Asia Pacific College, Far Eastern University, Mapua Institute of Technology-Makati, University of Makati, Assumption College, De La Salle University and College of St. Benilde.
Bagging the grand prize in the high school category was St. Paul College-Pasig, while the college division champion was De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. The winning teams each received P100,000. The first runners-up were Gen. Pio del Pilar High School and De La Salle University, who each won P75,000. The second runner-up in the high school division was Saint Pedro Poveda College, who also received P50,000.
Besides clinching the title, St. Paul College-Pasig also took home the “Fashionably Fun” award for being the most stylish dance group embodying the Crissa fashion concept. Each member of the group received P3,000 worth of gift certificates from Crissa.
Guests were also treated to performances by Elmo Magalona and Kris Lawrence. There was also a dance showdown between all-male dance groups Xavier X, Ateneo Indak and Claret Hataw Boys.
