The center of rockin' and rollin'

To celebrate their National Days altogether, the Consuls of Central American states hosted a rock and roll disco fellowship night for their friends and colleagues in the diplomatic and consular corps. The Turf Room of Manila Polo Club was transformed into a glittery party place filled with disco balls and lights that seemed to have transported the guests to the golden days of Studio 54 as they danced endlessly during the entire affair. Adding more fun to the celebration was the unending supply of canapés and flowing crisp wine that fired up the guests to dance some more. Costa Rica Consul General Fausto Preysler Jr., El Salvador Consul Ma. Josefina Ortigas de Duarte, Guatemala Consul Mellie Ablaza and Vice Consul Marc Thomas Ablaza, Honduras Consul Rolando Zosa, Nicaragua Consul Antonio Olbes and Belize Consul Lee del Pan led the joint celebration of their states which also served as an official fellowship event of the Consular Corps of the Philippines.

Cheers!
