Launched in a stellar media event recently at Myron’s Place in Greenbelt, Nutraceuticals instantly became the talk of the town when the breakthrough product was introduced to the beauty market. It wasn’t surprising at all since it came from the authority and expert in beauty, Dr. Belo, whose whitening products instantly became a hit among the premium mass market.

Nutraceuticals, a combined term for “nutrition” and “pharmaceutical,” offers the key benefits of glutathione plus collagen. It provides extra health and medical benefits plus basic nutritional value found in food. During the launch, guests were greeted at the entrance of the venue with beautiful blooms and a dainty Belo logo, crafted in roses of blue and white hues by ingenious florist Robert Blancaflor. Event consultant and imaging expert Joji Dingcong meticulously attended to every detail of the event, from the stylish décor, delectable menu, exciting raffle prizes down to the uniquely-presented giveaways.

55 years of service to the religious community

The Mother Butler Mission Guilds (MBMG), a lay organization of Catholic women, whose mission is to provide altar equipment vestments and linen to poor parishes and missions posts, recently celebrated its 55th anniversary at the North Forbes Park Pavillion in Makati. The affair was led by energetic MBMG Manila chapter president Alice Briones, chairman of the steering committee Mely Diaz, national president Patsy Henson and Mother Butler Foundation president Rosie Valencia. His eminence, Cardinal Gaudencio Rosales and Rev. Fr. Joel Sulse, OFM, officiated a Mass in honor of the organization. About 250 dedicated members clad in their peach-colored uniform attended the successful gathering. To mark the anniversary, 55 Mass kits and other altar equipment were distributed to priests and religious institutions. Congratulations!
