Turning up the heat in Azure

The country’s first urban residential resort community by real estate firm Century Properties, Azure Urban Resort Residences, formally opened the doors of its showroom at the Pacific Star Building in Makati. The grand launch had a fashion show of the hottest summer creations by top designers Rosanna Ocampo, Charina Sarte and Hindy Weber-Tantoco.

The event, hosted by Joey Mead and directed by Robbie Carmona, celebrated the Azure development’s resort-style living and expansive man-made beach.

Ocampo’s collection paid homage to the legendary modernist architect Antonio Gaudi and her favorite city, Barcelona. Her beach and resort wear spoke of Spain’s majestic capital: vibrant, colorful, bright and harmonious. Sarte’s collection emphasized on swimwear and beachwear with animal prints and vibrant colors with eye-catching details and embellishments. Tantoco revered the king of the ocean: the great white shark. Powerful, edgy and spirited, her collection was a perfect match to the Azure’s modern and yet graceful architecture.

The show ended with the special appearance of Century’s global ambassador Ruffa Gutierrez who invited guests to start looking at investment opportunities and a relaxing family-oriented and resort lifestyle at the Azure.

The evening’s deliciously concocted cocktails were courtesy of Bacardi, Bombay Sapphire and Grey Goose, with great music from DJ Manolet Dario.

The Azure Urban Resort Residences is Century Properties’ latest residential development under Century Limitless Corp. in a joint venture partnership with Columbia Motors Group of Companies. It is a nine-building, six-hectare property located right beside SM Bicutan in SLEX West Service Road, Parañaque City with residential units offering standard bare units and Century’s pioneering fully-fitted, fully-furnished units.
