Sharing an evening of compassion

In its continuous pursuit to give hope and extend a lifeline to those worst hit by calamities, Operation Compassion, an organization benefiting victims of calamity-stricken areas of the Philippines, recently held a lavish thanksgiving and partnership dinner at the Manila Polo Club in Makati.

Led by hardworking president Butch Albert, the charitable event showcased the organization’s various endeavors and partnerships to provide relief and implement long-term rehabilitation programs and housing projects for the victims.

Truly a splendid evening for a noble cause, benevolent guests were treated with a superb performance by the beautiful Lynn Sherman and a hearty dinner replete with an exquisite selection of wines. Congratulations!

The glamorous and ageless Lili Adina recently turned golden “21” and welcomed it with a fabulous three-day celebration at her posh Lili Jewellery showroom in Greenhills and in the lush Alessandra Garden Spa Hotel in Bulacan.

10 years of aging gracefully

It was a night filled with fun and surprises when BestWorld Beverage Brands, Inc. (BBB), importer and distributor of fine wines and spirits, led by its president and GM Edna Diaz, recently celebrated its 10th anniversary at the Continental Restaurant of Tower Club. 

World-renowned wine brands overflowed the whole night and were perfectly matched with superb continental food to gratify the discriminating tastes of the guests. 

The celebration was capped off with an auction of double magnum wines.
