Sleepless in Embassy
“Sleepless,” the Saturday night concept in Embassy, has made the club an undisputed premier dance club in the country. It was conceptualized three years ago by a team with Stephen Ku, the man behind Eventscape and the World Wide Womb, responsible for mounting massive corporate events as well as bringing in hot music and DJ acts such as world number one superstar Tiesto. Stephen and his team teamed up with friend GP Reyes, the events and PR maverick behind some of the biggest fashion events and innovative advertising campaigns. “Sleepless” has become one of the most successful weekly clubbing concepts in Manila’s nightlife with literally thousands of people walking through Embassy’s doors every Saturday!
The third anniversary of “Sleepless” was thrown for loyal clients and the event was presented by one of the night’s most loyal corporate partners, New Zealand’s 42 Below Vodka. 42 Below’s Rajiv Ghumman says: “Our brand is enjoyed in the world’s top hotspots like Volar and Drop in Hong Kong, The Beverly Hills Hotel in LA, Bungalow 8 in New York, the Victor Hotel in Miami (Madonna’s favorite haunt), The Blue Room at The Berkeley in London, Buddha Bar in Paris, Ministry of Sound in Singapore and Bed Supper Club in Bangkok. We are proud to be a part of Sleepless at Embassy on its very successful third year.”
