A night of wining and dining
Lovers of fine wine paid a welcome visit recently to The Bellevue Manila, the gourmand’s destination of choice South of the Metro, for another gathering of the Bellevue Wine Society. Held in the picturesque 20/20 Bar which provides a panoramic view of the city, the hotel’s brilliant minds Johnny Chan, GM Patrick Chan and marketing and communications director Ryan Chan played host to the splendid affair and introduced Stewart Dovey of Future Trade who acted as wine master for the night. Each of the guests thoroughly enjoyed the superb Nederburg wines from South Africa and the epicurean delights served during the event. The minimum membership fee at Bellevue’s Wine Society will get you a complimentary bottle of wine and two free passes to succeeding wine nights.

Rediscovering rich heritage
FCCP special events committee director Minerva Tanseco recently assembled her group and took a cultural and heritage tour around Pampanga. The exploration of the historical province, including landmarks like Guagua Church, Lubao Cathedral and Convent and the Diosdado Macapagal Nipa Hut, provided an eye-opening discovery of the history of antique-filled region.
It was a truly wonderful experience. Cheers!
