Plantation Bay Resort and Spa, one of Cebu’s most renowned resort destinations, recently joined Cebu’s famed Sinulog festival. In-house guests had a super great time participating in the revelry as Plantation Bay provided complimentary transportation to and from the downtown festivities while enjoying free sumptuous lunch through the kindness of its chairman, president and CEO Manny Gonzalez and of course with the help of the resort’s dynamic GM Efren Belarmino. Nine days of pomp and pageantry — wherein exceptional dance performances by fun loving Cebuanos garbed in vividly colorful costumes amidst the rhythmic thumping of drums, trumpets and native gongs — took place in honor of Sto. Niño. Even the fun-filled parade within the Plantation Bay grounds was so attractive and amazing.
Looking forward to having another great fun soon!

Enjoying the fruits of their labor
It was an exciting and most rewarding time for the outstanding sales directors of IPM Realty & Development Corp., led by IPM assistant to the president Jan Vincent Mercado, who reached their minimum sales quotas including their respective agency heads when they were recently given a fabulous “four days-three nights” vacation getaway to Genting, Malaysia. Before their trip, they were personally congratulated by IPM Group of Companies president Isabelita Paredes Mercado.
IPM is one of the country’s premier middle- to upper-class mass housing authorities which has undertaken various successful projects such as the 150-hectare Northfields Residential Resort, the 40-hectare Tagaytay Tropical Greens and Aeternum, the first true garden columbary in the country.
Congratulations!
