For the reception, the bridal entourage and their guests proceeded to the ballroom of the Crowne Plaza Hotel where it was dressed in a Chinese motif. Chinese décor, a dragon dance and Oriental cuisine completed the joyous festivities that lasted well into the evening.
Best wishes, Hugo and Chat! Keep on dancing
In support of talented Filipino dancers, the energetic ladies of the Sayaw Foundation, led by its dynamic founder Consul Helen Ong and incoming president Sol Tan-Gatue, gathered together the pillars of our business community, political bigwigs, members of the diplomatic corps and art patrons at a benefit dinner-dance. The affair was held at the spacious and elegant ballroom of multi-Kalakbay awardee Mandarin Oriental, Manila.
The ladies beamed with pride as one of their scholars Jared Tan, now a lead dancer of the Philippine Ballet Theater, performed excerpts from Czerny. On hand to lend support to Sayaw were hardworking Rep. Cynthia Villar, as well as Mandaluyong first ladies Cora Abalos and Menchie Abalos.
Congratulations to the ladies of Sayaw Foundation for their good work in supporting the exceptional artists of our nation!
Keep up the good work, ladies!
