For greater love
September 8, 2005 | 12:00am
The softest spot in our hearts is undoubtedly reserved for little sick children who need extra special care. The super successful Greater Love Benefit Concert at The Rockwell Tent shows the unifying quality of love for less fortunate kids. Organized by EJ Litton for the benefit of the Kythe Foundation for cancer-stricken children, the concert-for-a-cause gathered prominent artists such as Side A, South Border, Freestyle, Paolo Santos, Nina and Nyoy Volante in an evening of music and fun.
Hosts RJ Ledesma, Lexi Shulze, Berenguer Testa and Angela Litton led the celebration that went well into the night and had everybody dancing and singing.
Presentors PLDT and the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, as well as sponsors Mossimo, Globe Gizmo, Wilson, Fruits & Passion, Duty Free, HSBC, Prestige Cars BMW, Heritage Park, French Baker and Oishi, lent their full support to the event. Former Tourism Undersecretary Ram Antonio was also instrumental in making the event a success. It was a triumphant evening for those whose lives have been touched by their humbling experience with cancer. There is definitely no greater love than the love of life!
Many congratulations!

Children are one of the greatest subjects in this world. The way they view their surroundings, the innocence in their smiles and the honest curiosity they all possess are truly things adults wish they could keep as they grow older. That is why Issay Tanabe and Kirsten Uy de Baron of RealKids Photography believe there is more to your childs everyday life than you may think. To them there is a subtle yet profound beauty and art in every child that need not be orchestrated or forced out of them.
The company's unique style allows the child to be himself or herself, at the same time allowing the parents and grownups a peek into their world. By photographing the child at home, he or she is free to be himself or herself, without having to force him or her to pose or smile. Think about it, why go through all the trouble of going to a photo studio with your child all dressed up, utterly unhappy about him or her being there when you can have something so much greater right in the comfort of your own homes where your child is most comfortable?
