The good life starts at P3.1-M

Manilas 400 came to celebrate the inauguration of Fairways Tower, the newest residential high-rise in the Bonifacio Global City. This project of Philippine Townships, Inc. or Philtown, the real estate subsidiary of RFM Corp., boasts of a great location at the corner of McKinley Road of Forbes Park and Fifth Avenue of Bonifacio Global City.
RFM president Joey Concepcion with wife Marissa, Taguig Mayor Freddie Tiñga with wife Kaye and Philtown president Rally Martinez led the inauguration of the Fairways Tower model units.
The model units were exquisitely designed by Anton Mendoza, Tina Periquet and Martha Orosa-Uy (my batchmate at the Assumption!). Each model unit had a different theme, from contemporary to modern, Oriental to eclectic, blending very well with the efficient layouts designed by the architects. Fairways Tower units owners will enjoy breathtaking views of the adjacent Manila Golf, the nearby Manila Polo Club and the Makati skyline as a backdrop. Martha says those who occupy the higher floors will even have an enviable view of Manila Bay and its famed sunset!
Since the units arent too big, they are quite affordable. They include a studio of 40 square meters, a one-bedroom unit of 60 square meters and a two-bedroom unit of 80 square meters. With prices starting at P3.1 million for a studio unit, the Fairways Tower makes it easier to have a piece of the good life.
Philtown commissioned two leading architectural firms to design the Fairways Tower. The project features an innovative approach to the exterior, with a skin of concrete, glass and wood, that blends well with nature and takes into account the efficient interiors of each unit. This masterpiece is a collaborative effort between Edmonds International, a leading architectural firm in Mexico and Roger Villarosa, one of the most sought-after local architects.
Fairways Tower does live up to its billing, "The Gateway to the Good Life."
