WATCH: The challenges of online SIM Card Registration

MANILA – Philippines  The country’s telecommunication companies started to roll out their SIM card registration programs on Tuesday, December 27.

This, however, was not without its challenges as those who attempted to register their SIM cards were met with congested registration sites.
