Speaking in mixed Cebuano and Filipino, boxer-politician Manny Pacquiao, a senator, folded up his prepared notes as delivered a fiery final speech of his presidential campaign in his hometown General Santos City on Saturday night, May 7, 2022.

At his miting de avance, Pacquiao riled against corrupt politicians, crooks and thieves whom he vows to imprison should he be elected to Malacañang. He also criticized government agencies that are behind poor Filipinos' hardships.

"Kung si Manny Pacquiao ang maging presidente, hindi sila lusot," he said. (If Manny Pacquiao becomes president, they cannot escape.)
